Hide windows partitions on Arch Linux

Sometimes when you dual boot linux and windows, a windows partitions like C:\ , Recovery or ESP partitions show up on  your file manager. Well sometimes it’s annoying :p

if you want to hide it then first see what partition you want to hide with lsblk

as you can see above, partitions that i want to hide is /dev/sda4 which is C:\

next just create file 99-hide-ntfs-partitions.rules in /etc/udev/rules.d and add the following line

 KERNEL=="sda4", ENV{UDISKS_IGNORE}="1"

and then run sudo udevadm trigger
